What You Will Be Doing

Managing ongoing customer relationships by prioritizing daily requests and action items with internal teams and efficiently communicating updates with customers and internal teams.

Create and implement multi-tier response to customer issues, working with the Support Specialists and the rest of the engineering team

This team is responsible for reproducing issues in a testing environment, logging bugs with reproducible steps, analyzing logs, parsing code, debugging issues, and finding workarounds for customers

Identifying new solutions and/or workarounds to improve overall satisfaction with our products

Responsibilities in hiring, onboarding, training, and providing process and guidelines for support engineers

What You Need for this Position

5+ years experience managing client relationships with large enterprises (B2B), focused on customer success objectives: optimizing adoption, retention and renewals - a big plus for experience working with Financial software, SaaS, and/or B2C

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work or educational experience required

Experience delivering and supporting Java applications

Ability to isolate, reproduce, and eliminate software issues

Experience deploying mission-critical, 24x7 solutions in a global SaaS environment

Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills

Fluent with SaaS products

Ability to deliver very high-quality customer-service and support to client base, prioritizing and managing a multitude of requests

Adept at understanding client needs and translating technical concepts into easily-understood solutions
