Job Summary

  • Develop industry skill and learn the nuances of the DFS service offerings through training in a combination of office and field training, initially as a Project Manager and/or Account manager with a goal of growing into a position with Operations Management.

Primary responsibilities

  • Learn all aspects of Operational processes in the field

  • Receive on the job training to learn all aspects of company service offerings by working as part of service teams.

  • Attend industry specific Training and Certification classes.

Job Description Attached. This position will require 40hrs during the training period. 30hrs will be allocated towards cleaning technician training and the hours will vary from evenings and weekends (after business hours). 10hrs will be allocated to operations training and this will be during normal business hours. Once the training period is completed, then the candidate will begin working normal business hours as they will be working with the clients. Potential candidates should have prior experience in light Industrial, construction, warehouse, or building maintenance. 2-4 years of supervision of crew members or experience with working at a janitorial company. High school diploma or equivalent is required, a recent college graduate would be ideal. Someone who has strong communication and teamwork skills and is able to work in a flexible work environment evolving roles and responsibilities. Someone who has a flexible work schedule with the ability to work day or evening shifts when required, as well as basic computer skills such as Microsoft software suite and CRM experience. Ideal candidate must be energetic, ambitious and driven.



  • Prior experience in light Industrial, construction, warehouse, or building maintenance preferred.

Education: Marketing Manager:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics:

  • Strong effective communication and teamwork.

  • Ability to work in a flexible work environment with evolving roles and responsibilities.

  • A flexible work schedule with the ability to work day or evening shifts when required.

  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft software suite of products and CRM experience.
