Facebook Program Manager, Partnerships in Menlo Park, California

We are seeking a Program Manager who can partner effectively with Facebook leadership and a host of cross-functional teams. This person will be responsible for supporting external communities and is passionate and energized about extending the continuity of Facebook’s mission. This role requires exceptional project management skills, strong communication, and a background in program management. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, biased towards action professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust with all levels of the organization. This is a full-time position and is located in our Menlo Park, California office.

Required Skills:

  1. Work with a range of external partners to connect them to our mission of giving people the power to build community and bring the world closer together.

  2. Support partners through major Facebook product decisions to ensure successful implementation.

  3. Execute high-touch and low-touch engagement programs.

  4. Track, analyze, and communicate key performance metrics and develop and execute against partner goals.

  5. Engage regularly with Facebook internal teams to evaluate needs and strategic direction, and manage corresponding operational procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree or higher.

  2. 5+ years experience in program management or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Strong communication and presentation experience.

  2. Detail-oriented.

  3. Organizational, analytical and relationship-building experience, and experience in program development and project leadership.

  4. Experience thinking strategically about issues and formulating recommendations and action plans.
